快樂要怎麼來呢？
1、喘口氣吧！
人生有太多的行程，甚至很苦，何不讓自已喘一口氣呢 等待並非全無收穫，而是有了滿滿的準備。
2、把握現在：
休息的時候別想工作，運動的時候別想家庭 這一刻做什麼就專心的做，分心會影響生活的樂趣變的不快樂。
3、走出大自然：
面對工作的壓力，是否覺得青山綠水的重要了， 如果快樂是你的責任，請走出大自然醫治你的煩惱吧！
4、每日一笑：
人生不如意十之八九，我們必須相信有希望 雖然有苦有樂，但至少每天給自已一個笑容 看笑話，聽笑話，當笑話，讓自已的笑從今天開始。
5、觀察幽默：
想想你在生活中，覺得哪位朋友，或哪個人你覺得 他很幽默的，請把他記下來，也順便學習 幽默可代替煩惱最好的解藥。
6、尋找興趣：
每天除了工作，看電視，休息，似乎就沒有什麼特別的 活動，不免覺得生活很無聊，不如尋找一個興趣 讓自已學習，例如學樂器，看書，運動等等的活動 就不會覺得生活充斥著無聊了
7、多親近歡樂的人
常常接觸你覺得溫馨、快樂的朋友也沈浸自已在快樂的人生當中。

蜡烛熄灭了~眼泪哭了~
爱情对我而言除了恐惧，悲伤没有别的~回忆的美好在一个感情结束以后就只能唤回悲伤。不相信承诺因为没有达到的承诺就是所谓的谎言。你的出现仿佛点燃了我的感情世界，我尝试想把你难倒，而你却没有埋怨过。我尝试把自己弄得连我自己都受不了，而你也没有对我发过任何一个脾气。你以为我不喜欢你，可是你懂我是多怕我自己会越来越爱你吗？我在朋友们面前假装我不在乎，我内心其实担心我自己不懂还能掩饰多久。我不想让我自己变得越来越依赖你，因为我很怕开始了一段感情就好像在等待结束。我对我自己发誓过，我不会和一个人谈没有未来的恋爱，我宁愿一个人我也不要再受伤害。谢谢你，你知道要进来我黑暗的感情世界有几恐怖吗？而你却提着蜡烛经来陪在我身边，宁听我的过去说会陪我渡过未来。我真的很感动，是你让我体会明亮。我逐渐的知道我对你依赖的程度又加深了。今天你对我说的那一番话，我真的很害怕，那种感觉仿佛带我回到过去，蜡烛好像就快在黑暗熄灭了...我那一刻，我的双手好像不停使唤的颤抖...那种寒我不懂怎么形容...我勉强自己回复你，双手无力的在键盘上按了byebye六个字母过后，眼泪不由自觉的留下来了...我知道我又要哭了。习惯的把房间门关起来，无声的哭了起来....感觉很寒很寒，害怕开始更害怕结束。。。我选择了，坐在那个世界哭着看蜡烛熄灭~因为我不懂我还能做什么。。。我知道你是好人，谢谢你~我不懂我的勇气能陪你走到哪里？？我是真的很感激上天让我遇到你~

摩天轮
"摩天轮"这一个词汇给人总给人带来不同的意义。有的人说摩天轮意味着幸福，有的意味着漫长忧愁的...对我而言摩天轮和生命有着细细相连的意义人生。意味着人生有起有落，这一刻你可能是最高点，但下一刻你就可能在最低点。所以不要当你面对人生谷底的时候不要太沮丧，因为着就是人生。记得以前拥有一点畏高的我坐摩天轮要到最高点的时候都是闭着眼睛的，我可爱的表妹和堂妹有一次就忍不住埋怨我：“姐姐你每次都闭着眼睛哪里看到下面的风景有多美！！开眼睛看一下嘛！”回想起来真的要多谢他们让我伤了有意义的课。做人要从多角度看事情，有可能会发现着世界有可以很美哦。摩天轮每一圈都会有停点，每一次都会有换不同的人上摩天轮。这意着在人的一生中总会出现很多过客，但是每一个过客带给你的回忆都会有不同的精彩。我曾听人说一个人坐摩天轮是落寞孤单的，两给人是幸福的。也许吧，一个人坐摩天轮心情是等待的，摩天轮的起落点感觉会特别明显特别的慢,心里的不安会慢慢的被牵引出来，自然而然我们会希望等待摩天轮可以有停下来的一刻。两个人坐摩天轮就是全世界，坐在摩天轮里面可以完全不理会外面的世界，任何景色对两个人来说都是美妙的，这样的情景当然希望摩天轮不要停下来。一个人是孤单，两人是幸福(因为幸福就是你和我....） 。
但愿每一位坐摩天轮的时候都是幸福的...^^chill!!

情.伤
我放下了尊严，
我放下了固执，
却只是因为放不下你。
很熟悉却隐约地带点含桑加伤感....
以报复的心情，我很感激上帝给你经历和我以前一样的经历..
不过暗地里，我带点忧伤因为我理解你现在的伤绝对不可能不我以前轻...
为了情，人可以把什么都放弃。
为了情，人可以无怨无悔的付出。
为了情，一些人甚至吧生命给赔上，
当一切结束的时候，不妨问一问自己三个字 “值得吗”？？？？

Retaliates the mood, I feel thx to the god let you to experience the same experience with my past....

45 Lessons of Life ~~~
i found it's meaningful after i read this...

"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written."
My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15 Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
19. t's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one
else.
20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special
occasion. Today is special.
22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.
23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. The most important sex organ is the brain.
25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
27. Always choose life.
28. Forgive everyone everything.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
30. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
33. Believe in miracles.
34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do.
35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
37. Your children get only one childhood.
38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's,we'd grab ours back.

LETS DISCUSS HOW YOU RELEASE STRESS..
stress...recently got many test..assignment....all also need to rush ler ...damm stress doin them..the way i reduce stress is go and call my fren and chat abt it, because like tht i can find many ppl that same situation with me hehe..like that can make me wont feel so scare..another is i watched movie learn 1, they say go gym can release stress...but o tht day i go rite, i already waste few hours day ler...i dun think really can realese any stress thr lo sumore make my whole body muscle pain...sobx sobx ..n i heard 1 smart guy said go n sleep is the best way, but i feel smtg wrong thr bcs whn u stress how can u fall asleep o ...headache untill wanna die d still can sleep..haiz if really can sleep tht mean u wont feel any stress at all lo ...am i rite ???hehe ^^

Panda+Shrek+ball = our Paul
He is Very Funny..
He is Fat..
He really look like a Ball....
He called himself Panda...
We called him Shrek....
and he really look like a Shrek although he is not in green colour...
But the most important thing is Paul as kind as the Sherk.
He love all of us so much~~He always think about our safety and good first before we do everythings.He will always willing to help us if we need his help.
And Paul also as strong as the Sherk, because he try his best to keep his body fit.(one day only eat two eggs)haiz ..sometimes see he eat like tht also feel sad.
He is our lovely and dearest fren 'Paul'....
As ur wish.... we wrote in english specially 4 u... :P

朋友.情
经历了一波又一波的冷战，开战，误会，劝战，好像每一件事情我都被有意无意的牵涉其中。当时我真的把“朋友”这个词的意义到底是意味着什么给混淆。朋友的存在到底是是为什么？？？我不懂，真的不懂。事情拖到了今天，也许表面真的很想没有事情，不过我清楚的感觉到“战后的后遗症”依然存在。也许可能真的被某人说的对，越了解就越讨厌。每一个人都有缺点，而且缺点给人的印象永远比优点较有影响力。不过对我而言，朋友之间产生的情感是很特殊微妙的，关怀+慰问+支持+鼓励+拥抱+陪伴+包容，这一切如果都有做到就没有问题了，相反的如果一个都做不到，那就没意识了不是吗？？当我被恼人的友情问题烦恼的时候，我试过反问我自己，朋友不是以心比心之交吗？？为什么可以一句因为某人没有表现出来关心我们不知道他伤心？？这一句话我不懂怎么答。。因为是没有答案，朋友就是自动感觉他伤心。如果没有感觉代表你不关心，不是他不表现。如果一个人伤心都表现出来的话不是都让大家辛苦吗？？对不起，我也不懂怎样答...因为朋友从不会对对方说我看到你伤心，我很辛苦请你不要在我面前伤心。一个正真的朋友是永远都会希望对方伤心的时候可以让他留在他身边。不是每个人都希望他的伤心有人陪伴，我们不知道怎么做？？我可以对你说，不希望别人懂是骗人的。。在怎么孤僻的人遇到伤心的时候，都会希望有人做些事情温暖他的心。。何怕一句问候，一句关怀，一句鼓励的话，一个人支持和一个拥抱。。如果全世界的朋友都能做到着一些，世界就不会有自杀案了。。。 最重要的是我们也不会弄到这个地步...这一切都不会发生而你永远都会是我最信任最好的朋友。如果你们厌倦了这种形式的相处方式，请你们想想我这个中间朋友的尴尬。。掌心和掌背我不可能偏帮一方。要不为难，不可能对我而言哪一方受伤害我也不可能好过。。我唯一希望一切回到原点。。可以一起吃饭gossip的日子。。haiz..
